Open Ant — Robot for RL Research

A robot platform for reinforcement learning research, developed at Openmind Research Institute

The Open Ant is an open-source robot platform designed for reinforcement learning research and it was inspired by the OpenAI Gym.

The platform supports continual learning algorithms and provides a standardized hardware-software interface for robotics RL research.

The ant has also a Twitter account: @escaped_sim_ant.

The code and the hardware are open-source and available on GitHub.
