CanSat Competition
Designed and built a passive glider and data acquisition PCBs deployed from a rocket — TenderFoot Award winners - 2015 - 2016
In a team, I designed and built a passive glider and its container, both mounted inside a rocket for the CanSat Competition in Texas. The glider deployed from the rocket and autonomously glided back to the ground. I developed the data acquisition PCBs mounted on the glider as well as the deployment mechanism.
The team won the TenderFoot Award for the Best Team Score of a new team at the competition.
